FAQs

1.How often should I wash my wig?

If you wear your wig daily, we recommend washing it every 10–14 days to keep it clean and looking fresh. In hot weather, after exercise, or if you use a lot of styling products, you may need to wash it more often. Use lukewarm water and gentle shampoo, and always handle the hair gently to avoid tangling or shedding. Regular cleaning helps your wig maintain its softness, shine, and longevity.

2.Do you sell real human hair wigs?

Yes, all our wigs are made from 100% human hair sourced from India, Malaysia, and other regions. Each strand is carefully selected to ensure smooth texture, natural shine, and durability. Our wigs can be styled, curled, or straightened just like your own hair, giving you a realistic look and feel.

3.What styling tools can I use?

You can use wide-tooth combs, brushes with flexible bristles, or hair picks to gently detangle your wig. Always start from the ends and work your way up to the roots to prevent pulling and breakage. For heat styling, check if your wig is heat-resistant before using a curling iron or straightener, and always use a low to medium temperature. Avoid excessive heat, which can damage the hair fibers.

4. How do I put on my wig?

First, remove any protective hair net and give the wig a gentle shake to fluff the fibers. If your hair is long, pin it up evenly to avoid bumps; if short, brush it back from your face and behind your ears. Use a wig cap if desired to keep your natural hair in place. Hold the wig by the sides and slide it from front to back, positioning the front hairline about 1/4" past your natural hairline. Make sure the ear tabs are even and tuck in any stray hairs at the front, sides, and nape for a natural look.

5. How should I store my wig?

The best way to store your wig is on a wire wig stand or wig perch, which helps maintain its shape and style between uses. Keep it in a clean, dry area away from dust, direct sunlight, and high heat. Avoid storing it in sealed plastic bags for long periods, as this can trap moisture and cause damage. When traveling, it’s fine to use a bag temporarily, but always reshape the wig after removing it from storage.

6. Can I cut, color, or restyle my wig?

Yes, you can, but we strongly recommend having any cutting, coloring, or permanent styling done by a trained professional. Improper handling can cause shedding, tangling, or damage to the hair fibers. If you are inexperienced, leave major alterations to specialists to ensure your wig stays in perfect condition.

7. Can I adjust the wig size?

All our wigs come with adjustable Velcro straps at the back, so you can tighten or loosen the fit as needed. If your wig still feels large, we recommend using a Comfy Grip band, which secures the wig comfortably and prevents it from sliding. Proper adjustment ensures a natural look and keeps the wig in place throughout the day.

8. Will my wig frizz?

Frizz can occur due to heat, moisture, or friction. Steam from cooking, dryers, or curling irons can cause frizz, as can rubbing against surfaces like chair backs or pillowcases. To minimize frizz, avoid exposing your wig to excessive heat or friction, gently detangle after each wear, and use appropriate wig care products designed for human hair.

9. Can I use hairspray on my wig?

Yes, but only use water-soluble, wig-safe hairsprays. Avoid sprays with heavy hold or non-soluble chemicals, as they can leave residue and damage the hair fibers. Lightly misting can help maintain style, but always test a small section first, especially on lighter colors, to ensure no discoloration occurs.

10. Will the wig color match the photos exactly?

Due to variations in monitor settings, lighting conditions, and photography, the color may appear slightly different in person. All our product photos are taken under professional studio lighting designed to mimic natural light, so you’ll get an accurate representation, but minor differences are normal. For best results, check the product description for color codes or highlights.
