1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”), and Zora Neal (“we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to and use of the website operated by Zora Neal (the “Site”), as well as any related media channels, mobile websites, mobile applications, or services linked or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS, YOU ARE PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms at any time and for any reason. We will reflect changes by updating the “Last Updated” date. You may be required to register for an account. You agree to keep your password confidential and are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to remove, reclaim, or change a username that we deem inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
5. Products & Availability
We attempt to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, specifications, and details of products available on the Site; however, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Your display settings may affect color perception. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time for any reason. 6. Orders, Pricing, & Payment
Accepted payment methods may include: PayPal; major credit/debit cards (e.g., Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Maestro); Shop Pay; and Klarna (availability may vary by region). All amounts are in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and shipping fees will be added where required.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information and to promptly update your email, payment method, and card expiration date so we can complete transactions and contact you as needed. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for amounts due when you place an order. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if payment has already been requested or received.
We may refuse any order placed through the Site and, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities per person, per household, or per order (including orders using the same account, payment method, billing or shipping address). We may restrict or prohibit orders that, in our judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
Chargebacks & Fraud. We reserve the right to investigate suspected fraud, to require additional verification, and to cancel orders we suspect to be fraudulent. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account suspension.
7. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss
We offer worldwide free shipping via leading carriers (e.g., FedEx, DHL Express) where available. Estimated delivery timeframes are posted on the Site and may vary by destination, customs inspection, and other factors beyond our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the order to the carrier. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays or non-delivery; please verify your details carefully. 8. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We offer a 15-day return window for unused wigs with all original packaging and accessories intact. You must contact us within 15 days of delivery to initiate a return. Certain items (e.g., custom or final-sale products) may be non-returnable as described on the product page or in our Return Policy. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. 9. Promotions, Gift Cards & Store Credit
Promotional codes are single-use and cannot be combined unless expressly permitted. Gift cards and store credit are non-transferable, non-refundable (except as required by law), and not redeemable for cash. We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time.
10. Prohibited Activities
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
• circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features;
• systematically retrieve data or other content to create a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission;

• use any automated systems (bots, spiders, scrapers) without our authorization;

• impersonate another person or use another user’s username;
• sell or transfer your profile;

• use the Site to compete with us or for any revenue-generating endeavor not authorized by us;
